All books of our library are included in a computerized catalogue, of which you can find a search box on this page. The database can be viewed by title, author, series, ISBN or publisher.
Besides books, the Dutch Carmelite Institute also has an extensive collection of Carmelite journals from around the world. Important journal articles are included as documentation in the automated catalog and can be found in the same manner as the books.
In the Institute are 180 microfilms of important books and archives from the 14th tot 18th centurie that are of importance for the history of Carmel in the Northeastern region of Brabant.
They are accessible through an inventory.
There is also a card file with documentation on the history of the Carmelites, especially in the Northern and Southern Netherlands before 1850. Recently, these cards were put on microfilm.
Note: It is important to use only one search box and to omit accented characters.
